Lotus Global Headquarters Manufacturing Center Phase

Lotus Global Headquarters Manufacturing Center Phase I is located in the Smart Eco-city of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province, on plot 153R2, the steel structure comprises three buildings. The manufacturing center (Building 1) includes a podium and a tower with four podiums, each with three floors, and a tower with one basement floor and ten above-ground floors, reaching a height of 56.8 meters. The structural form is a multi-layer steel-concrete structure with truss corridors connecting the periphery. The building area is 148,000 square meters (including approxi-mately 50,000 square meters of basement).
