Shanghai Wen Tian Xia Industrial Park Phase I Project

Shanghai Wen Tian Xia Industrial Park Phase I Project (Putuo District Future Island Phase III West Plot Project) is located in Putuo District, Shang-hai, this project comprises two buildings. Building 1 has 2 basement floors and 14 above-ground floors, reaching a height of 79.3 meters. It uses a central core tube with steel structures around it. Building 2 also has 2 basement floors and 4 above-ground floors, with a height of 24.25 meters and is entirely con- structed with steel structures. The steel columns use box-type columns (maxi-mum section 1000*1000), and the steel beams use welded H-beams. The proj-ect has received consistent praise during construction and was awarded the Shanghai Golden Steel Award.
